Thankful for Leftovers

Mmmm, can you taste it yet? Thanksgiving is a favorite holiday around these parts, but aside from eating all the turkey you can stuff in your belly on Thanksgiving Day, we’re ALL about what you can make with the leftovers through the weekend. Midgley’s Public House

Mike Midgley | Turkey Wellington

What you need:

• Left-over turkey • Stuffing

• Cranberry sauce • Egg wash

• Puff pastry sheets

Heat oven to 350 degrees, wrap all ingredients in puff pastry, rub with egg wash, cook for 10 minutes

Papapavlo’s

Andrea Galante  |  Turkey Sandwich on Focaccia Bread

What you need:

• Left-over turkey sliced

• Cranberry sauce

• Arugula

• Havarti Cheese

Pile together and enjoy!

Market Tavern

Nick diArenzo | Turkey Chilaquiles

What you need:

• Confit turkey legs (leftover) • Tortilla chips

• Eggs – scrambled • Onions • Butter • Sour cream

• Pickled peppers • Queso fresco • Cilantro

• Salsa ranchero (jalapeño, onion, lime juice) 

One pan at medium heat, mix all ingredients and heat until warm
