Founded in 1957, Haven of Peace is the first homeless shelter for women and children founded in San Joaquin County. Located in French Camp, Haven of Peace welcomes all homeless women and children in need, whether they’re facing domestic violence, incarceration or addiction. Olga Rodriguez, the Executive Director, strives every day through God to keep these women safe and cultivate an environment at the Haven where programs and tools are available for those who want help. For those who don’t, she kindly continues to show support and respect. She approaches each woman and child that walks through the door with love.
We are honored to host Haven of Peace through Junior League of San Joaquin County as the beneficiary for this year’s Wine Stroll at Lincoln Center. Please stop by to say hello to Olga and learn more about how you can help Haven of Peace at the Wine Stroll on June 16th from 6-9pm.
