Phil Johnson
President CEO

For more than 25 years, Phil Johnson has been a key leader at Sims-Grupe Management Corporation. In 2005, Phil was named President and CEO of Sims-Grupe Management and has continued to focus on the growth of the company through creative instinct and tradition.

Patrick Dobson
Vice President

In 2015 Patrick was named Vice-President of Sims-Grupe Management and has since expanded his responsibilities to include property and facilities management, legal liaison and construction management.

Tara Rushing
Marketing Director

Tara wears many hats as Marketing Director, overseeing Lincoln Center’s Social Media, Design and Digital, and The Chronicle publication.

Katie Drebert
Events and Community Relations Director

Katie serves as Lincoln Center’s resident people person, handling all community and event sponsorships, events, and social media.

Kelly Blanchard
Executive Assistant

Kelly joined Sims-Grupe Management in 2012 to provide administrative support in Leasing and Property Management, working alongside the President and Vice-President. Tasked daily to coordinate the office protocols and procedures, Kelly is also responsible for the implementation of schedules, and also serves as the primary contact for all office communication both internal and external.

Debbie Brannon
Book Keeper

The keeper of all things, Debbie handles far more that meets the eye when it comes to being a “Book Keeper”. In her 15th year with the company, she is a vital asset to the team.

Chris Boyle
Head of Maintenance

Head of Maintenance for over 15 years, Chris manages the team that keeps the Center looking beautiful!

Cecil Rockett
Head of Security

Cecil Rockett has been Head of Security for over 25 years. Him and the entire Security teamwork 24 hours a day to keep the Center the safest place in Stockton. Cecil completed four tours in Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11/2001, making him beyond capable of overseeing the Center on a day-to-day basis. If you see him around the Center, be sure to say hi!
