Ramen 101 prides itself on the philosophy that ramen should always be enjoyed fresh. When you walk through the doors, you will be greeted by an open kitchen and welcomed by the aroma of fresh broth, imported straight from Japan. The menu incorporates Japanese & Hawaiian items such as ramen, teriyaki chicken, spam musubi, and lumpia – just to name a few!
