President CEO
For more than 30 years, Phil Johnson has been a key leader at Sims-Grupe Management. In 2005, Phil was named President and CEO of the company and has continued to focus on its growth through creative instinct and tradition.
Property Manager
Kelly joined Sims-Grupe Management in 2012 and has recently transitioned to Property Manager in 2019. She coordinates all operations for the properties including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and security.
Property Manager
Hobie Day joined Sims-Grupe Management as Property Manager to assist with asset management, leasing, and ensure our properties remain in first class condition. Born and raised in Lodi, Hobie is an alumnus of Lodi High School and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He and his wife, Megan, who is an alumna and teacher at Lincoln High School, enjoy living in San Joaquin County with their dog, Koa, and supporting the local community.
CFO
Becky joined Sims-Grupe Management in 2019 as the CFO. She has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Her responsibilities include managing the financials for over 90+ tenants, including managing payments for internal and external needs, in addition to forecasting the financials for the company. Becky was born and raised in Stockton, with a brief stint in the Bay Area. When she’s not crunching numbers, you can find her crunching dumbbells at OrangeTheory Fitness five days a week!
Head of Maintenance
Head of Maintenance for over 15 years, Chris manages the team that keeps the Center looking beautiful. From the seasonal flowers, to responding to leaks of all kinds, all while maintaining the everyday tasks to keep the Center as pristine as it can be — Chris and the maintenance team are our go-to guys.
Head of Security
Cecil has been Head of Security for over 25 years. He and the entire Security team work 24 hours a day to keep the Center the safest place in Stockton. Cecil completed four tours in Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11/2001, making him beyond capable of overseeing the Center on a day-to-day basis. If you see him around the Center, be sure to say hi!
Marketing Director
Katie serves as Lincoln Center’s resident people person, handling all external relations, Lincoln Center events, and all advertising sales for the Big L. With an eye for design, she’s constantly enhancing the beauty around the Center too.
Marketing Associate
Coby works directly with Katie implementing marketing and advertising strategies for various tasks within the Marketing Department – such tasks include Lincoln Center events, social media strategies, and various creative design projects.
Marketing Associate
Katlyn designs and executes Lincoln Center’s weekly newsletters keeping the community and shoppers up-to-date on all that is happening at Lincoln Center.
Administrative Assistant
Kelli joined Lincoln Center in 2022 to provide administrative support in Leasing and Property Management. Tasked daily to coordinate the office protocols and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
