For more than 25 years, Phil Johnson has been a key leader at Sims-Grupe Management Corporation. In 2005, Phil was named President and CEO of the company and has continued to focus on its growth through creative instinct and tradition.
Wade Sellers brings fifteen years of extensive property management experience, as well as thirty years of security management, loss prevention, and investigative experience in a retail, commercial, property management environment. Wade is also licensed in California as a Real Estate Broker and Private Investigator.
Kelly joined Sims-Grupe Management in 2012 to provide administrative support in Leasing and Property Management. Tasked daily to coordinate the office protocols and procedures, Kelly is also responsible for the implementation of schedules, and also serves as the primary contact for all office communication both internal and external.
Becky Loiacono, the newest member to join Sims-Grupe Management, as the Controller. Becky was born and raised in Stockton, with a brief stint in the Bay Area. We’re lucky to have her positive attitude and talented skills in our office and on our team.
Head of Maintenance for over 15 years, Chris manages the team that keeps the Center looking beautiful. From the seasonal flowers, to responding to leaks of all kinds, all while maintaining the everyday tasks to keep the Center as pristine as it can be — Chris and the maintenance team are our go-to guys.
Cecil Rockett has been Head of Security for over 25 years. Him and the entire Security teamwork 24 hours a day to keep the Center the safest place in Stockton. Cecil completed four tours in Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11/2001, making him beyond capable of overseeing the Center on a day-to-day basis. If you see him around the Center, be sure to say hi!
Tara wears many hats as Marketing Director, overseeing Lincoln Center’s traditional and digital marketing efforts, and the Chronicle publication. As the tenant mix continues to grow at Lincoln Center, so does the opportunity for new and exciting content to produce!
Katie serves as Lincoln Center’s resident people person, handling all external relations, Lincoln Center events and all advertising sales for the Chronicle and Big L. With an eye for design, she’s always on the look out to enhance beauty around the Center too!
Katlyn helps implement marketing and advertising strategies for various tasks within the Marketing Department; whether it’s taking photos for social media, assisting with Chronicle advertising or writing duties, or day-of-event help — she is a tremendous asset to our team here at Lincoln Center.
