Family owned and operated since 1982, Podesto’s has become a beloved fixture here in Lincoln Center, the Stockton community and beyond. The Morgenstern family has decided to retire and sell Podesto’s to Mar Val Food Stores, ensuring that the legacy of Podesto’s continues on with the same store name, personnel, product selection and superior service.
Bernie, Debbie, Mark, and Jeff along with their staff have been the heart and soul of Podesto’s, pouring their dedication, warmth, and hard work into every aspect of the store for over 42 years. They’ve provided us not just with groceries, but with a place where neighbors connect, where familiar faces greet us, and where countless memories have been made.
Our community will be in great hands of the Mar Val Food Stores, who is local to Lodi and family owned. With their 60 years of expertise and 12 locations, they will provide you with the same great service, loyalty, and safe and friendly atmosphere you deserve and expect.
