Notice of Video Surveillance at Our Physical Location

As part of our commitment to safety and security, Lincoln Center, Lincoln Properties Ltd., and Sims-Grupe Management operates digital video surveillance systems (CCTV) at our physical business premises, including building entrances, exits, parking lots, and public-facing commercial areas. 

  • Information We Collect: We collect visual images, video footage, and identifiable characteristics of visitors and employees entering monitored areas. 
  • Purpose of Collection: This data is collected solely for commercial security purposes, including loss prevention, facility monitoring, ensuring public safety, and supporting incident investigations. 
  • Data Retention: We retain security camera footage for a period of 30 days, after which it is automatically overwritten or deleted, unless required for an ongoing legal or security investigation. 
  • Your Rights: If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information under the California Privacy Protection Agency guidelines, subject to legal verification and security exceptions.
