  • Owner of Theadora Boutique for over nine years. What started as a lingerie and bra boutique flourished into much more, including the cutest outfits and clothing items for all occasions.
  1. Jason Legaspi – The UPS Store
  • Store manager of The UPS Store and head guy for all your shipping needs. Be sure to say hi next time you are in!
  1. Dan & Marvis Gatto – Code 3
  • Owners of Code 3 and the two furry friends on our cover. This dynamic duo can be seen in Code 3 most days, helping assist our law enforcement in the community and much more.
  1. Gary Long – Gary J. Long Jewelers
  • Owner of Gary J. Long Jewelers for 40 incredible years. His stunning store faces the entrance of the Center and has a beautiful view of the Big L, where he finds lovely pieces for all life’s celebrations.
  1. Lynda Winter and Tara Heredia – Great Spectacles
  • This dynamic duo ensures your eyewear sunglasses stay stylish and your vision remains intact. Lynda has owned Great Spectacles for 32 years, and Tara has been by her side for 25 years. These stylish gals are your go-to for sunglasses and more.
  1. Mat & Tori Ortiz – Heirloom Kitchen
  • New to the Center in 2021, Mat and Tori’s Heirloom Kitchen hit the ground running and haven’t looked back. Their tasty breakfast and lunches always hit the spot; be sure to get there early on the weekends to get a seat!
  1. Alyssa DelCarmen – Planet Beach
  • Alyssa and her team at Planet Beach are dedicated to helping you achieve your beauty, wellness and fitness goals with the automated services and quality products they offer. 
  1. Taylor Mancebo – Shine Cycle + Yoga + Barre
  • New on the block, Taylor Mancebo took over as owner in June of 2022 and has put her twist on the studio. This super cute cycle, yoga and barre studio is nestled in the corner of the Atrium and is the ultimate Zen spot.
  1. Renee Kitto – Parkwoods Cleaners
  • Being in business for over 30 years, Renee and Jeff Kitto have three different locations, but we are happy to have one of them here at Lincoln Center for all your dry-cleaning needs.
  1. Carolyn Walker & Starr Donati – Flair Boutique
  • The most fabulous mother-daughter duo, Carolyn Walker started Flair Boutique nearly 40 years ago, and Starr took over in 2014. Their infectious energy is contagious; whether you are attending an event or need simple loungewear, they are the gals to help you choose.

  1. The Hill Family – Limitless Axes & Ales and Escape Games
  • Bringing excitement to the Center, Michael Hill added new entertainment to bring the family or enjoy a date night with some fun. Pictured here are his wife and two girls who keep him creative.
  1. Julie Van Noate – Best Wishes
  • A Lincoln Center staple, Best Wishes has been here for over 30 years. It is owned and operated by Julie Van Noate. Next time you need a fun hallmark card, hostess gift or holiday decor, Best Wishes is your spot for all occasions.
  1. Deanne Garabaldi & Lisa Dixon – FINA
  • The most iconic sister duo, Deanne and Lisa, are in charge of keeping up with the trends and making everyone who walks through their store look fabulous. With over 30 years of residency here at Lincoln Center, these familiar faces are an LC staple.
  1. Linda Halligan – McCaulou’s Department Store
  • Lead manager and go-to gal, Linda, knows all things McCaulou’s. The large department store has everything you could think of, from kid’s toys to gifts for the whole family. It truly is your one-stop shop.

  • With their Greek-inspired cuisine, Andy and Jennifer…
  1. Angela Scannavino Karp – Sassy Pants Children’s Boutique
